Corporate Communications: Company’s corporate communication liaison; serve as point of contact via phone, email and in-person with external partners in the Entertainment and Technology industries (executives, filmmakers, media, talent agencies etc.) Draft messages for internal communications outlets, email announcements and office newsletter; draft formal client correspondence for the COO

Publicity / Event Planning: Plan and execute publicity events to promote company, identify new potential partnerships, and maintain current partnerships. Coordinate and support event logistics, including location, style, creative, assets, invitations and tracking attendance. Draft and edit press releases, interview questions and presentations. 

Talent Acquisition: Coordinate requisitions; craft and post job openings on various job sites; screen job applications for multiple internal departments including Accounting, Legal and Operations; Schedule and facilitate all phone, video and on-site interviews ensuring the best experience for candidates. Recruit and manage interns.

Project Management: Project manager from conception to completion on projects that involve business development, film releases, carriage deals and content acquisitions. Conduct frequent research on Entertainment industry trends, formats and talent. 

Administrative: Assistant to Chairman/CEO & COO; manage calendars, manage conference call and meeting requests using both Google Apps and Outlook Calendar; arrange complex travel itineraries (hotel, airline, car rental)
